Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a number here is wrong, or a product listing has changed into something other than what the page describes, we would rather hear it than not. Include the page address and what looks wrong, and it gets fixed.

What to expect

This is a small operation, so replies are not instant, but every message is read. Product recommendations for a specific situation are welcome and answered where we can, with the obvious limit: we can tell you what the published guidance and the arithmetic say, and we cannot tell you what is causing pain. That is a question for a clinician.

Partnerships

Brand and partnership enquiries are welcome through the same form. Two things worth knowing in advance: we do not publish fabricated testing, so we will not write that a product was tested unless it genuinely was, and any material connection gets disclosed on the page.
